Perjantai-iltana Olympiassa pääsee nauttimaan kahdesta keikasta. Ensimmäisenä lavalle nousee Astrid Swan, jonka maaliskuussa julkaistava levy From the Bed and Beyond käsittelee artistin sairastumista syöpään ja siitä selviytymistä. Astrid esittää soolokeikallaan Olympiassa riisuttuja versioita uusista biiseistä sekä joitakin vanhoja kappaleitaan. Illan toinen esiintyjä on Iisa, jonka kaverina estradilla nähdään kitaristi. Niin ikään uutta albumia valmisteleva Iisa tekee alkuvuodesta muutaman duokeikan, minkä jälkeen on luvassa esiintymisiä bändin kanssa myöhemmin kuluvana vuonna. Näitä naisia kannattaa ehdottomasti lähteä kuuntelemaan!

Solo Gig and Duo Gig
Friday night offers you two gigs at Olympia. First on stage, you’ll see Astrid Swan, whose new album From the Bed and Beyond, due to be released in March, deals with her cancer and surviving that. On her solo gig at Olympia, she will be performing stripped-down versions of her new songs as well as some old material. The second act of the night is Iisa, who will be throwing a duo gig with her guitarist. Also working on a new album, Iisa is doing a few duo gigs at the beginning of the year, and performances with her band are to be expected later this year. These two women are well worth seeing live!
